Authorisation
AAIB is authorized and regulated by the Insurance Commission of Jordan and fully complies with its regulations and requirements.
The Commission is the regulatory body overseeing all insurance services firms registered in the country. More information regarding the Commission and its role is available at www.irc.gov.jo
To receive authorisation from the Commission a company must:
- Employ experienced and qualified staff
- Ensure that staff skills are maintained through ongoing training and education
- Maintain appropriate internal control procedures
- Supply annual business returns to the Commission for review
- Hold suitable Professional Indemnity cover
- Complying with the Commissions requirements helps AAIB to maintain professional standards and provide a high level of customer service to you, the client.
